School Fundraising

One child caught up in conflict is one child too many; by choosing to fundraise for War Child at your school, you can help us to make a real difference across the world.

By choosing to fundraise for War Child at your school, you can make a real difference.

War Child works in some of the hardest to reach places to support vulnerable children living through conflict, helping them to heal, recover and learn.

From non-uniform days and bake sales to walking challenges and informative lessons, introducing the work of War Child to school children of any age empowers pupils to make a positive impact in the world.

Fundraising for Schools: The Ultimate Guide

Raising funds for War Child was truly a rewarding experience, especially for the pupils. I could see that War Child had sparked empathy, compassion and a desire to help others whose experiences are so different from their own.

We decided to organise an “Oasis Vs Arctic Monkeys” tribute concert. Over the course of 2 months, we planned out our event, gathered all equipment and resources we needed, and performed in front of 200+ people. We chose to fundraise for War Child as we know the money we raise would go to a very good place, and due to the current climate in Ukraine, we found it to be highly relevant. It was a pleasure to fundraise for War Child, and to spread awareness within our school of this amazing charity.
