Our aim is for a flexible working culture to be the norm in how we do things and for this to help us deliver our mission. Therefore, from day one, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.

  • Flexible working – all our people are able to request flexible working, regardless of their length of service. We also offer two flexible public holidays per annum around Easter and Christmas can be exchanged for those that have cultural or religious significance. 
  • Salary – we offer a competitive salary based on defined job roles and grades. 
  • Annual leave - 28 days (pro-rata), plus bank holidays which increases by one day per year on your work anniversary, up to a maximum of 33 days. 
  • Pension - all eligible employees automatically enrolled into our Aviva Pension with a 5% employer contribution (increasing to 6% after one year’s service), with minimum employee contribution. All employees enrolled in our pension scheme are also covered by our group life insurance. 
  • Family - we offer enhanced maternity, Partner/Co-Parent/paternity, adoption and shared parental leave. We also offer carer leave and emergency time off for dependants, as well as access to a Workplace Nursery Benefit which allows tax and NI savings on nursery costs for children up to the age of five. 
  • Volunteering - all employees are granted paid volunteer leave per year to volunteer with a charity of their choice. 
  • Health and wellbeing - employees may take advantage of a healthcare cash plan, a GP 24/7 helpline, cancer cover, and a range of wellbeing initiatives and training. In addition, all employees have access to free, confidential one-to-one wellbeing consultations with trained counsellors.
