About Sound & Vision
At its core, Sound & Vision is more than a charity art auction, it’s a call to action. Today, nearly 1 in 5 children worldwide are affected by conflict, more than at any time since the Second World War. Through the sale of these works, the art community is taking a stand to say that no child should be part of war.
Every artwork sold supports War Child’s work to protect, educate, provide mental health support, and stand up for children’s rights around the world.
In 1994, David Bowie, Brian Eno and Anthea Norman-Taylor curated Little Pieces from Big Stars, an exhibition that raised vital money for War Child. More than 30 years later, that spirit of collaboration between the worlds of art and music has inspired Sound & Vision.
