The route takes in some of the capital's world-famous landmarks on closed roads, starting in Hyde Park, and running through Green Park, St James's Park and Kensington Gardens. It’s a race on every runner’s bucket list.

The £325 minimum sponsorship target could provide 10 whole families caught up in conflict with all their basic needs for a month, including food and blankets, or cover the cost of 19 children being safely reunited with their family.

Why run for War Child?

We're  the only specialist charity for children affected by conflict. For more than two decades we've been driven by a single goal - ensuring a safe future for every child living through war.

Your fundraising means we can provide life-saving aid when conflict breaks out, and stay to support children through their recovery - keeping them safe, helping them cope with their experiences and learn, and equipping them with skills for the future.

You can help us be there for children who need us most, when they need us most.
