Lady Eleanor Holles School raises £16,600!

We at War Child are always chuffed to hear about the fundraising going on in our schools and we are proud of everyone who gets involved. However I was especially pleased to be asked to collect a cheque for a whopping £16,600!

Lady Eleanor Holles School in Hampton spent the last year fundraising hard and ran activities including a charity lacrosse match and a Harry Potter fair in order to raise money for War Child.

So we would like to say a HUGE thank you for the massive effort made by all the students.

War Child Xmas Cards

This Christmas (and next if you like to buy in advance) why not send a card that will make a difference to the lives of children affected by war? The money we raise from selling these cards goes directly towards our work in Iraq, Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda so it's the perfect way to show you care.
