Adam and Joe

Adam and Joe - friends of UK charity War Child Adam Buxton and Joe Cornish – the brainchildren behind The Adam and Joe Show – saw us through 4 series of classic comedy on Channel 4 between 1996 - 2001. Sketches such as Toymovies, BaaadDad and Vinyl Justice gave them a cult following across the UK and abroad.

All this saw them win The Royal Television Society Best Newcomers Award in 1998 and also publish The Adam and Joe Book in 1999.

In 2007, they started presenting the BBC Radio 6 Music Saturday, which won the Broadcasting Press Guild Awards for best radio programme of the year in 2008.

Adam and Joe recorded a vox pop for the Keane Curates for War Child Iraq Appeal at the Brixton Academy in November 2007. Check out what they had to say.
