Connected Artists is a forward thinking artist management company originally founded by Paul McDonald, manager of James Morrison. David Boyd, former MD of Hut and Virgin Records, and Ed Millett, manager of The Guillemots are also part of Connected Artists in addition to Jacquie Perryman as Head of Film & TV and Andy Edwards as Head of Digital.

Connected Artists has a strong and successful A&R ethos, coupled with an astute understanding of creative marketing and promotion, to guide all aspects of an artist's career from grass roots to major international success. This includes the capability to manage releases independently of label involvement, including digital distribution and website management.

Connected Artists is also closely linked to Sound Advice, which provides the Connected Artists roster with business management services where required, from its legal and accountancy teams.
