BRITs gig 2012

Our 2012 BRITs gig moved back to the o2 Shepherd's Bush Empire and took place two days before the Awards Ceremony

BBC Sound of 2012 artists Dry the River opened the evening in style, followed by Fatoumata Diawara's beautiful Malian melodies.

A magical War Child music moment saw Blur's Damon Albarn and Graham Coxon perform onstage together for the first time in almost three years. Their acoustic set included the debut of the brand new Blur track 'Under the Westway'.

The gig was headlined by Ed Sheeran who'd invited some special guests to join him - including Example, Labrinth, Mikill Pane and Wretch 32.

War Child does amazing music events for such a great cause, to be asked to play this year is an absolute honour.
